A l’exemple de ce rapport, et de ce qu’on lit depuis quelques temps sur les tweets de l’Ambassade US, il me semble que les Etats Unis clarifient de plus en plus leur position.
Il faut plus que des rapports pour résoudre la situation, mais le fait de le dire est déjà un grand pas. Ou peut-être qu’ils sont en train d’entrer dans la danse pour que ce ne soit pas seulement la voix de la France et son Chataîgnier qu’on entende par ici ?

C’est vrai qu’entre les dernières déclaration du chataignier ( notamment dans l’interview sur tribune où il nie carrément toute violation des droits de l’homme 😦 ) et ce rapport des US , on se rend bien compte que la communauté internationale n’est pas prête d’accorder ses violons en ce qui concerne la crise malgache.
